Nassim Park Penthouse

The 4,000 s.f. penthouse, four bedroom apartment has a double height ceiling in the living room and dining room with a lap pool on the balcony. We extended the wood deck over the pool to provide an outdoor play space for the client’s children. Full height bookshelves combined with display niches accentuate the height and grandeur of the apartment. Custom made contemporary teak furnishings with an Asian flair was designed to reflect the Franco-Asian background of the owners. The master bedroom suite, designed for comfort and luxury, includes a walk-in closet, dressing area and full bath. In addition, one of the bedrooms was converted to a walk-in closet and study.
